Sometimes when checking the tracking on Etsy from a mobile device you can not click the links on the tracking number, in that case please check from a desktop.
If you are a Canadian or International customer and did not want to upgrade your shipping to tracked shipping you will not be able to track your packages and I do not have any additional information, I am sorry.
